Sparkling Cranberry Holiday Cocktail

If you make one holiday cocktail this season, make it this one. The sparkling cranberry spritz is festive, refreshing, and works for every gathering from Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve. Best of all, it is a breeze to batch for a crowd.
What you need
Per drink:
- 1.5 oz vodka (or gin)
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Top with prosecco or sparkling wine
- Sugared cranberries and rosemary to garnish
How to make it
Build and top:
- Add vodka, cranberry, lime, and syrup to a glass with ice.
- Stir briefly.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
Batch it for the party
Mix the vodka, cranberry, lime, and syrup in a pitcher ahead of time. When guests arrive, pour over ice and top each glass with prosecco so the bubbles stay lively.
