Our 21+ policy
Texas law requires every purchaser to be 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID. We card in store, at curbside, and our delivery partners card at handoff. If you can't produce ID, we cannot complete the sale — no exceptions, and please don't ask our team to make one.
TABC compliance
All Full Proof Liquor stores operate under Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations, including legal sales hours and refusal of service to anyone who appears intoxicated or who may be purchasing for a minor.
Plan a safe ride
Never drink and drive. Use a rideshare, a designated driver, or stay put. One regrettable drive undoes a lifetime of good evenings.
